今天,实在忍不住给TNT荷兰的客户打了电话,大骂TNT的服务,三十分钟!Today, I can not bare the service of TNT any more. Finally, I called the customer service center to complain for 30 minutes.

问:“为什么你们来了两次不给我留个纸条,甚至客服电话都不留下呢?我现在要约TNT下去送到我家”"Why did your colleague leave me a message about the delivery after the second visit. You even did not leave the number of the customer service to me? I would like to make an appointment to receive my package beween 4pm and 5pm today."

答:“很抱歉没给你留纸条告之你我们送了包裹,他应该留给你的!我帮你联系下司机(等待)但是很抱歉,司机已经去鹿特丹别的区了,不在你这个街区了,今天没办法送到!对不起,我帮不到你” "I am sorry the driver did not leave you a message as he has to do that. I will call the driver to see whether he is in the neighbourhood (waiting) I am sorry he is driving to another block and he can not go back to your address. Sorry, I can not help you"

问:“你们的服务就是告诉别人我没办法帮到你吗?”"you always tell the clients that you can not help us?"

答:“我可以帮你约另外一个时间,最早下个周一,但是我只能告诉你从早上9点到下午5点,必须要有人全天等着”"I can make an appointment for you on next Monday, from 9am to 5pm. Someone should wait at home for the whole day"

问:“为什么就不能确定时间呢?谁能一整天都等那个司机送包裹啊!大家不工作不上学啊?”“why do not give me an exact timing? People have to work or study and who can stay the whole just waiting for a package?”

答 :“ 对不起,这是我唯一可以做的,只能是早上9点到下午5点.”" Sorry, but this is the only thing I can do. I can only promise the driver will arrive at from 9am to 5pm."

真的很想骂人,对不起坏小孩我也骂出来了,直接对那荷兰姐姐说,What the fucking service TNT is providing!当然还是没结局,还是说只能是早上9点到下午5点,天啦!当时就发誓一辈子坚决抵制TNT的服务,只要还有其他一线可能,一定不用TNT.

很想告诉TNT, 如果我是TNT的总裁,我不会像他们那样运作,我会跟告诉我的同事们

I really want to tell TNT that if I were the CEO of TNT, I will not let TNT work in this way, I will tell my colleagues that

1. 我们是服务性公司, We are service-oriented company (所以,我们不能说对不起我们今天不能送包裹给您,因为我们中午12点去您不在家。So, we will not say "sorry I can not deliver the package today as we delivered at 12:00 but you were not at hom")

2. 我们生存的资本是效率,Efficiency enables us to survive (所以,我们不能让本来应该这周三到的包裹变成下周一到。So, we can not let the package due on this Wednesday to be delivered on next Monday)

3. 我们会考虑顾客的时间安排,We should take clients' schedule into considration (所以,我们不会说请你从早上9点到下午5点都在就等,So, we will not say please wait for the package from 9am to 5pm)

......

最后,还想说,我一定要炒掉那些不会给司机安排路线和时间的人。At the end, I would like to say, I will fire the people who make the itinerary and time table for the drivers!

当然,我不是TNT的总裁,所以呢, 为表示我的不满我发誓这辈子不再用TNT的服务。

For sure, it is impossible for me to be the CEO of TNT. Therefore, the only thing I can do to show my anger is to I refuse to use the service of TNT forever.
